Yeah, I'm tired of it too! Just want to get out. The only thing it's good for now is a tech that's moving and has his own everything. But most companies want to give you something so it's like you are paying them. Don't even talk about the back charges. It's just a game and as a tech you will always be on the lowest rung of the ladder, unless your dad is running the shop like where I once worked. Everybody else had to have a ladder and company shirt, etc. except for you know who. He lived in one of the best apt. complexes in the area and that's where all his install are!!!!
