Re: Average cable TV bill rose 7.5% in second half

You know we wouldn't have this problem (increase in bills) if cable companies would have invested in the necessary upgrades for the future instead of being greedy for $$$. HD has been in the mix since the 90's so these companies should have prepared, but like always they wait to the last minute and the customers get stiffed with the outrageous price to make up for their lack in advancement.
