Totally depends where you are talking.. Most of the "city" you don't even want to be there after 5pm. The county has tons of underground and all nice a clean. Certain parts of the city had front aerial... yippeee I would have to say most of the "city" though is rear easement with a lot of alleys. I worked there for about a year tugging a ladder up and down and really had little problems getting to most of the taps.
