It's NCTI, and the tests should be free the first time. Anyone working for Cox Communications (in-house, or subbing) needs to be NCTI certified on Video, HSI, and Phone. These should be easy of you know what you are doing. I've been doing cable for a LONG time and had the oppurtunity to take certifications whether I was in-house or subing. I feel sorry for those guys who's training consisted of three days in class and maybe a week riding with an idiot.
