Well if your "Manager" just said there is nothing he can do about morale maybe it is time he is replaced because that statement alone will break the last bit of morale that was left.
Where are you guys located in Fl.?
I am looking to move there and if your company is looking for some fresh new ideas I am looking for a new Job, it wouldnt be the first company I have helped out of a mess.
