. We don't dictate the rates, it's Charter. I've got aps from SC, GA, and LA and they all told me that it's comparable to their rates. I know you are a vet cabledawg but looks like you are not aware of Charter standard procedures. Of course, I will replace ground blocks, fittings, splitters and box if needed and make sure its grounded properly. I'm a cable guy myself and this is the first thing I'm going to look at whether its a reconnect or a simple COS. If I have to activate more outlets than what's on the work order, I will note it on the WO and let the customer sign. You hear this everytime on you supervisors - 'Cover Your ASS'. Times are tough nowadays especially with Cable Industry and some guys need to do what they have to do. They work on the project and at least have something than not making anything at all.
