OSP Construction Supervisor/manager needed for permanent salary plus %.

We have tried 3 times to build a construction department by hiring and training guys ourselves. Each time we have failed. We are now ready to give away the store or ( part of it ) to the right person.

We have trucks, tools, trailers, and work. We need someone to come and build a team. We have locale work in New Jersey( a great place to live ) We are honest & Drug free.
