Again WTF ?????? $480 a week with a mandatory Sunday ? Can you say bend over and say aggghhh!!!! Hell whats left after expenses ? Cause if they are subject to a charge back then they must be contractors. And after truck, gas, tools, phone, GL insurance, truck insurance, etc.it's a serious losing proposition on a business standpoint. That is unless one is looking for a tax write-off.
EVERYBODY NEEDS TO WALK AND TELL THEM TO INSTALL IT THEMSELVES. Do odd jobs for a month.....find a construction site and ask for a job carrying bags of cement and bricks. You'll probably get paid more, physically build your body up, and actually get a paycheck on time and not have to invest any $$$ into the company to do so. Essentially most contractors actually float the prime that they are performing installs for because when you show up fully equipped and pay all out of pocket expenses for up to 5 - 6 weeks before seeing a check you are a business partner and should be paid as such.
WAKE UP PEOPLE ....if you have your own truck and tools you are ahead of the game. You can get work delivering packages since you were able to pass a drug and back ground check. and again you'll probably make more $$$$. If all of the subs walked for a month the primes would be forced to expend $$$$$ to equip and train more noobs and if they didnt have the financial backing they would fail and cull the heard of wannabes.
