Sub-contracting from a Sub is always trouble imo. You'll have little recourse if you end up on the short end of the stick.
Why isn't Prince handling it since they are the contractor?
Plus the guy is from New Jersey, need I say more?!
I know times are rough, but I say pass. Again, the whole deal sounds shady as hell.
