Not all rich people are conservative. George Soros, George Clooney, Springstein, Streisand, etc but it is the ones like Soros that want it. The mega rich.

Socialism is about control and power. Socialism is about have the money and distributing it the way the one, or ones, in power sees fit. Not about helping people the way the ones who want the power tell us. So if they have the money they don't have to give it all to the people. Is that what you think will happen?They will take from the rich and give to the poor on an equal axis? No not buy a long shot. There will be an oligarchy or authoritarian leadership. One which doesn't allow us to vote out the one in power.
