Hey, I am new to this site but have been checking out the forums to see where you guy/gals are with your work and your way's. there are some on here that are straight up ignorant and some that are level minded. Sounds like some racial issues as well. Obama has done nothing wrong yet. How is it his fault that Americans went to Mexico and brought back a damn virus. Just about every american with the Flu visited mexico or had a family member come visit.
Obama has only been in office 100 day's, tell me one company that could even stretch a brick wall and hire snipers at every few hundred yards in 100 day's. The presidents before Obama put the US in this mess and now everyone thinks Obama should Change everything in 100 day's of office. Come on. There has to be a line drawn somewhere. Is it because his race are usually better at everything they do than other races, so everyone is expecting Carl Lewis speed Change.
Give the man a chance to change. It doesn't help to talk down on the one person that can help us all out. If what he was or is doing was so horrific Every news/radio station across the world would be cutting him. Like they did/do Bush.
Also a brick wall with snipers, why not razor wire or electric fences. By requesting snipers you must feel that their life is beneath yours. I am not mexican. But I don't feel that I am above anyone else because of their economic,political,religious,health, etc issues. These people (they are people) are hard workers and work for peanuts to make sure their families are taking care of. Without a business degree these people are more business minded than most americans.
ie: 5 mexican's get across the border. They find a house to rent for $500/mth. utilities run about $200/mth cause they don't run an a/c or leave lights on. They only eat tacos, consisting of beans meat and tortilla, and drink water or koolaid. They get a job for minimum wage or less, say $6/hr. there are 5 people in the same house so that is $30/hr. working 30 hr weeks and get paid bi weekly.That is $1800 before taxes (lets say $1600 after taxes) being brought into their house. They use $900 for bills and food and save $700 every two weeks for 6 mths.Thats $1400/mth and in 6mths they have $8400. Now they go pay $5000 cash for 1 truck or car for the family. Leaving them $3400. By then end of the year They have saved $11,400. working at a low paying job and only gettin 30 hrs a week. They split that between the 5 of them and have their own money $2280. Don't sound like alot does it. But they are not materialistic like us americans. They all continue to live with each other for 5 more yrs at the same pay, with the same truck and house. Now they have grossed $42,000. Split 5 ways $8400 a piece. By now they can afford to bring 5 more relatives to live with them. And the cycle continues. Within 10 yrs they all own their own construction, resturaunt, bar, ranch, ect. and begin hiring americans (heres the irony) at $2-3 above minimum wage. Go figure. Hard work pays off. Us americans want life handed to us on a silver platter, some prefer platinum. It don't work like that.
That doesn't go to say that we should open up our borders but it definately doesn't say to close them and shoot to kill anyone tryin to come over. What about the Chinese, Japanese, Iraqi's, Pakistani's, Europeans, Africans, Russians, etc that come over with no problem and get grants to start their oun convenient store in the low income neighborhoods. The US's policies are screwed up and have been since they were written.
enough said. This could go on for another million words or so.
