Re: our deficit

  It wouldnt have mattered who was prez or what party was in charge.It was the dot com. boom.  Everyone was investing,computers were actually cheap enough for normal people to buy.Our industry had so much work,basically upgrading to two way plant for the internet.Once  it was built things calmed down.Just my two cents worth.
