I always pull the guy aside shook his hand firmly very very firmly and whispered to "I know things and there are places up Stony Valley I can put a body that even blood hounds will not be able to find it" all the time squeezing their hand harder and harder with each word. Then I slapped them on the back nice and hard, let them get the blood going again in their hand and said "Have a good time I'll be watching" Never had any problems
