Why would you post here instead of calling dish?
But the reason is your internal smart card is expiring, you need to call dish and make sure new ones are mailed to you.
If you have trouble installing them call back and complain, they will send someone to "install" them.
It is free because the last guy to come to your house will pay for the service call anyway.
