I find that Kind of funny considering that every inch of fiber backbone has been watched by 3 fixed position sattelights for 16 years now. Each sattelight has the capabilities to take photos of your face and vehicle. This system has been in place since 1993 and has been reported to have sent agents to find and chat with utilitiy workers and farmers who have either set poles or have dug large holes close to fiber backbone. The fiber back bone of america is very secure and has all the attention of the NSA and the DOD. It always has because they know exactly how sensative the issues surrounding this topic are.
