your 100% correct. reinstalls dont pay. they are a waste of time and money. a fellow installer calls them hot potatoes they bounce from installer to installer until some dumbass feels sorry for them and reinstalls the job. I used to be that dumbass then I did the math on my meterials. your retailer will say take before and after photos and we will pay you for the reinstall but dont you believe that. they will loose your pictures. and dont think resubmitting them will help because then they will just say not enough photos. then too many photos showing the wrong thing or these photos could have been taken anywhere.
