Not just you satellite guys, it is also subs for Cable, same shit going on here, constant change for the best of them not the installers.  Constant take from pay and rates, adding more work, need certifications, but not any raise after the completion of the certifications, yet all in-house guys take their test for levels of certifications and they get raises, yet only do 3 jobs a day. HUM....Yes, they are taking taxes, can't even get the pay stubs from our company weekly, yet they always want more from you.
