Why should you be any different than the rest. get over yourself ,it is what it is and has been for years not you or the next sub contractor is going to make  a  change in there policy . Subs in most industries are treated like employees you just carry the insurance burden . and you do not even get to bid on the job . You are called  a sub but you are truely  afool at heart for thinking you are a sub . isult not intended
