If I have tattoos or earrings, I am not allowed to be an installer, that makes all the certifications, work ethic and technical knowledge null and void?
Come on, half of that memo is common sense, the other half is pre trial evidence for a discrimination and harrassment lawsuit.
People, companies these days need to just go back to the days of common sense and stop trying to mandate everything.
