It's amazing to me how much negativity is on this forum
Dude, doing sales I always have the choice... I love going inhouse. They treat you better and when you are a contractor you better hope the MSO likes your boss. Other thing with INHOUSE is that you deal with less drug addict, alcoholic, gambler installers. Totally a different type of person works INHOUSE than contracting, at least in my world. One thing about contracting is that if I feel like just taking off I can.. With inhouse I get a certain amount of days off and thats it..
