You guys are lucky that JP&D came into those markets and offered W-2 jobs with benefits etc. They even paid off the Subcompanies that were not paid by Premier and paid off vendors. Training was provided by full time trainers etc.. They could have come in and only hired Subco's to do the work like some of the other markets in the Former Premier Territories. Doesn't sound greedy at all to me! Sounds like they were doing the right thing to me.
