He sure is, but then again it doesn't really matter who he goes with the truth of the matter is, GA has some of the worse cable payouts in the Nation, that goes for Charter and Comcast, not too sure about Brighthouse, but I still can't get over the Charter GA KMA's $85 backcharge, no matter what. You could've been at a customers house for an upgrade a $7 upgrade. Let a service tag be missing. And guess what, not only did you jus do a job for free, but you paid to do the job...LMFAO
