This is starting to hinge on employer vs sub contractor, They have no control of your time or schedule! Thats the law. What does late model vehicle constitute? Who's allowed to determine the age of acceptacle vehicles? Will this also carry over to HSP's. In Boston, the HSP has some old and real beat up mini vans.  Does Capacity allow us to charge them for paying holiday pay to workers if needed on holiday? Here in Ma. Holidays = double time $$ Can wearing after shave be considered as a body odor? Is a Direct antenna in the back of my truck a code violation? This is a Pandora's Box waiting to powder keg on them! Ask if your attorney can review and advise before you sign. If they say no, it's extortion, plain and simple. Sounds like a charge back to any infraction is coming. Will you be charged back if your truck isn't washed daily? Sign that, and it looks like they have you and thier whim to charge you for it!
