Wheres the pain Dave? In your arms.I think I have the same problem.The guy next door had the same problem.He had the operation with a bone graft ,and a metal spacer.He said the recovery time was nil and it completely fixed him up.He said he wished he had done it two years ago.I might go thru it too.I'll find out in about a week when I go to my orthopedic.Your right the pain is  wicked.Thank god it only hurts when my arms are stretched out so I can still hook without the pain
