Actually I was looking at a want ad for a PM and it paid 31k a year and when I looked at the job description they essentially wanted the PM to cover the jobs of the trainer, human resources, payroll clerk, billing, QC tech, installer, ware house person, physically maintain the work fleet, dispatch, assist techs in the field, lead tech, for a 20+ tech project running 7 days a week.
I was going to post the entire ad here but had 2nd thoughts on the matter as I did not want to give any primes any ideas.
