Go to power level on bbx, How many on that port are pushing 55?
Use your spectrum. You will see it. If it isnt a carrier, it is prob a modem customers equipment.
your return snr is an average of all the combined modems.
Look at the snr graphs on that port. DOes it happen the same time each time?
If you have 12 modems and 8 are installed bad your snr average is going to suck
