 the problem is not klm, its the ppl they get their jobs from. never had a backcharge myself(so far the only one) but they could be painful. be ready to b on your toes, if u can handle it...if I were you, i'd bat for the other team. in my honest opinion, installs are done for. do something else, improve ur life...good luck!
