What I see is a REVOLT!!!!!!!


        I have been doing this satellite thing for quite some time and I am not happy at all with what I am seeing from the Companies(Dish and Direct). They think they can dictate what we are doing and how we get paid. This is very true on some levels but I think enough is a enough. They are so worried about their jobs going in that they do not train the new guy coming out into the field the way they should. If they want to pay a guy 8 dollars an hour they are going to get what they paid for. What we need to do as techs that know what we are doing is stand up for what is right and let them know that we are not happy with them and their tactics. They would not be able to sustain their business if it was not for the work of the CONTRACTORS that sacrifice everything for the little pay and high stress that we get in return.

        So let it be known that we are through with being financially raped and stand our ground.
