I have canceled jobs because I role up and fix a remote and see the mess of bringing up to code and said F It. Cancel the work order take my lumps. The way I see it 35 bucks to rewire and take the rick a retarded customer calls back in for another remote issue or TV 2 issue. I get back charged 35 bucks and so I did the original rebuild for free. Unless It is an upgrade were I will make 75 dollars on it. I wont touch a rebuild, I call dispatch and push it back on the Dish Hourly worker. I have gotten to the point i dont care if I hurt a customers feelings for telling them I cannot or wont touch their install. I am looking out for me. When we can use waivers again for jacked up installs on service calls I will fix them.
