...and how much longer will you be paying for your 'Buddy'? With my used Lacuna ($150), and my new AccutracIII ($240), I can find the birds and get them zeroed in within 3-5 minutes without that going back-and-forth of 'dithering': and writing, and dithering, and writing, getting out the calculator, and finally tuning it in where the math says 'it should be', only to check the unit and have to do it again! Yes I carry two meters up the ladder, but the job is done once, and those two combined are cheaper than that one.
As for 'Birdogs', I've burned up two of them and gave up. I got mostly tired of wasting battery trying to find the listing of the bird I wanted in it's limited list! I keep one around for show to keep my contractors happy.
