If he is working directly for Dish then he is getting 135-20. Unless he has a huge contract and covers a lot of area, that's what they are paying. After paying for your own shipping cost to have it sent to you, R/A's sent back, and all the other BS that Dish tries to pull, it's getting harder to make any money at all.
