Re: I walked away from a Job Today.


i was wondering if this whole "bring it up to code" thing was going on in other places.
The thing is that with a job like he is describing, even getting paid for a new install would not even be worth the work.
Whats going on at my office is that they are changing the the requirements for grounding, so not only are we to fix everything, but are supposed to retroactively implement the new requirements
on all jobs. I could go on all day about the stupid stuff they are talking about. But the simple matter is that it is allot of free work and allot of expensive small parts, being wasted by a co. that dont care and simply want the subs to shoulder all the weight of  everything.
It would seem that Dish is turned into a not so good co to work for.
