Me thinks you are asking too much these days to expect common sense or even have somebody actually use the matter in their skull for other than burning out more brain cells.
When I see somebody who thinks they can save themselves the labor of lifting a fiberglass ladder to hook the strand and instead paint an aluminum ladder orange and bolt a vrung/hook set on it, all I can do is shake my head and ask "where do you want your remains sent"
This I have seen more than once, but usually they are bungeed to the luggage rack of an 87 monkey crap brown dodge garbagevan.
