Just to let you know...
The Better Business Bureau is a toothless tiger. They have these little lists of companies that people have complained about but unless you go and ask that's where it ends. They have no power and no influence...nobody gives a damn if there is a BBB sticker on their door.
The ONLY way to rid this industry of the scumbags is through legal action.
I've never worked for mastic but I've had my share of disappearing contractors. If so many of you have been screwed by them you need to get a laywer who will file a class action suit for EVERYBODY who has been affected by them. That suit needs to go up the food chain to the MSO execs who hire them.
