No, there are no phone lines only Non Responder chargebacks. Even if the customer has only cell phone service it qualifies for a chargeback. They dont ask the customer when they order, " do you have a phone line". Although the requirement is on the channel 100 customer tutoral.
With every order, upgrades included, getting a $5 chargeback for NR, it takes our additional outlet rate to $10.
