As a former satelite Installer . I would have done the same thing 1 exception . I would have taken picuters of the job  A sample piece of wire and told the company that you will do the job for twice the normal install since you were responsible for the re install the tare out and so on Then go back some poor sucker will do it just to keep his job . and I can here your super now you have to take the good with the bad Youstill will have a charge back . Dish is really bad for that . And also has this company defined service as in change recievers .
