Need an experienced outside plant engineer or fielder to do right of way and easement procurement for placement of telecommunications equiprment on city, county or state right of way or private propery easements. Must know how to select sites, draw simple placement prints, procure and present documents. Must have good people skills to present site selection to land owners. Unit work per site. call
