So what is the quickest and most effective (legal) way to get earnings out of a company that is trying to stiff you. The contract has ended due to territory loss, noones fault. But now they want to hold our final $60K plus for, who knows, how long. They already have a $30K retainer on us and all of the equipment has been properly turned in and accounted for, but they are trying to play their games, because they are bigger than us and think they have the upper hand. The big problem for us in moving forward with the new contractor, but basically having each tech going without 3 paychecks until this is settled.
Who has the brightest idea?
