A bad attempt at humor. We were stopped from conducting exercises in the great lakes because the lead was polluting the lakes. Just trying to be a smart ass as to why we did not take advantage of the situation when the Captain was out of the lifeboat.
The end result of a socialist is the same as a communist. The communist is just in a hurry and has a gun.
