Be smart and report the earnings on your returns. If you do not have their all their info just notate that and give as much info as you can including the fact that they never sent you a 1099. If they did report it and you don't then an audit is just around the corner waiting for you. The feds are looking for their revenue every where and anywhere they can find it. Don't fall into that trap.
