Re: Retainage from Nexlink/FTS/Southwest Telecom

I questioned the retainage on hourly work, but they said that is what they do. Nothing I could do about it. Although I can do something about not getting paid the retainage. A mechanic's lein would not make comcast happy. I figured if Nexlink/FTS/Southwest Telecom wants to play games, let the games begin.
