rf comes down the coax two ways- voltage and signal and of course this is satellite not cable
the signal radiates outward into the white area of the wire and the voltage runs down the strand in the middle.
signal can stay the same but it is the voltage drop specifically on the hd that is the concern
i didn't write the rules I just understand them
