That's right. The funny thing is that we were to follow a tech around and help him since we were experienced in this. I have been on numerous hurricane repair projects. We claimed the same hours the techs did since we were with them all day long. When it came to paying the retainage I was told that they were not sure we worked those hours. They sure billed comcast for them though. The real problem was is that they screwed up and told us it was hours when they were actually supposed to tell us it was a unit or per call price. They set the standard and they screwed up, but we got screwed in the process.
