you still have to take in consideration of employee versus 1099 sub
if paying piece work as a sub most guys need to make 200 plus a day but that will depend if they need insurance or will you cover it and gas/travel for the technician.  In this situation I think a set amount to the installer plus a stipend if they have to run other outlets.  This where you have to know so many a day are really able to be done.  If you guarantee 10 units a day then 200.00 should be the guarantee to the installer.  when running other outlets does the tech have to supply cable and labor?  If so then he should be able to charge at least another 5/5
meaning 5.00 for the act itself and 5.00 for every room they have to go through.
