 Anytime you feel screwed over, ask the IRS to do an SS-8 determination on the employer.

 The IRS "wants" to reclassify satellite techs and eventually they will.

 It is to their financial benefit.

 At the point we are re-classified, then we can form a union and collective bargaining would take place, this would result in higher wages. I have no doubt that MSP's would no longer exist in that scenario.

 Most guys I know have been cheated, they are tired of the games.
