if you are using a wnc lnb that is your problem.  use a lnb that is not made by wnc, I wasted a day with one, finally called iss and that was the problem.  When I go trouble shooting, first thing I look at is what type lnb it is, did a job saturday, changed the wnc lnb and bam, job done.
