You post an add and ask for help. You list a number or e-mail for contact. More times than not, you never get anyone to either answer the phone or return a message. What's the point in posting an add if you are just going to blow people off? Did you suddenly find 30 techs over night? if that were the case then I would understand, but then they post another add within a few days for the same area.
A little advise for some of these people that feel it's professional to treat people like crap....... Find a way to answer your phone, return an e-mail, or just be a professional in your job!
A good case in point, we are waiting on DTV to get numbers for our techs. The General manager had to fly to the area that we are in, walk in the office and actually plead for 15 minutes with the manager. For someone that is so behind and in need of help, Why wouldn't you find the time to get these people taken care of so they can help you out??????? I guess if I were getting the 80-25 they are paying out to a compnay then I would just walk away but I am not, so we wait.........
What's the deal with the not calling or answering?
