Depends on who they are. Is it the retailer from NH or from FL? If you are referring to the compnay in Fl, do your research. You will see an array of comments, good and bad.
If you are referring to the retailer, they are the largest DTV retailer in the US. They are a good company an stand behind you as a sales rep and installer.
