Well brothers and sisters. I guess I am now out of the cable industry. Here in Va, the cable industry really sucks and there is no work in the cable field to be found. I even tried going back to my roots where I started the whole thing with 2-way radios and that has dried up. Moving back here from Curituck NC was the worst move I have ever made and regret every miniute of it. I had a perfectly good job with Mediacom as a in house service tech and enjoyed it. Yea there was BS paper work that had to be done which I didn't like, but who does. And thanks to a Supervisor that was completely dishonest that let me go from Jetbroadband in Rustburg which I will not mention Billy Martins name. Ooops. Which we didnt click at all due to his attitude. Thats alright, Karma is having fun with him now. How does it feel to be fucked out your job Billy. I have tried to get in touch with Jws communication here in Bedford with no luck. Comcast is a joke, the least amount you know, the better off you are. Cox and Verizon never has postings on there job board. Even Mastec dont have anything. I know alot of you warned about Mastec reputation, but right now, work is work. Got ACS in Roanoke Va that is trying to make people to sign a 12 month contract for 5000 dollors and calls it a training fee. Got Ironwood in Roanoke that does a credit check. Right now, which is only the way I feel. If terrorist wanted a place to bomb, I would be first in line with a map in hand saying hit here. That is horrible to say, but it is the way I feel right now. What can a man do when his lively hood is gone?
