That sounds familiar. We also got our new price sheet last week, and it was no April Fool.

Sure, there were a couple of "increases" on the sheet. A dollar here and there, but the big cuts came to internet and phone installs, naturally.

We were told all contractors were now getting these prices from Charter. Anyone else get news like this last week?

Did I mention that in-house techs get no pay cut? And that Charter's execs are getting bonuses?
